I work with entrepreneurs across Yorkshire and beyond who've hit the ceiling that comes from doing everything themselves — the founder who's the bottleneck, the business that's outpaced its systems, the team that's grown faster than its structure.

My approach is deliberately three-sided. You can't build a resilient business on a burnt-out founder, and you can't build a resilient team without the systems to support it. So I work across all three: sharpening you as a leader, putting the right infrastructure under the business itself, and strengthening the team around you — drawing on two ventures I've built to prove the model, Live For Today and 53°.
